The slideshow below is a presentation given in 2001 following 7 years of participation in the awesome reconstruction and development programme set up by the first legitimate South African government. It is in response to the frustration of trying to truly provide sustainable water and sanitation for the poor majority. 

We have placed it here as some aspects of the plan may be coherent in other places in which rapid and sustainable provision of water and sanitation for health is required.
